We love having the women of Style Theory gather together for fun and active sessions! To start off the month of November, subscribers and friends engaged in an arm-aching session of pole dancing! We co-hosted a pole dancing class with Brass Barre, where our attendees danced and exercised the night away!
Many may not know but pole dance has proven to be not just a form of performance art, but a great fitness sport that trains strength and self-discipline. Brass Barre, an established premier pole dance studio, believes that pole dance celebrates the lyrical beauty of the human form, regardless of your age and body type.
With that being said, the women of Style Theory enjoyed themselves and learned a few beginner skills. A few basic spins and some short choreography was good enough to get their muscles working!
